The Oak Hill Cemetery Association is staffed by community volunteers. New volunteers are always welcome! Opportunities include -

Serving as an Oak Hill Cemetery Association Trustee

• annual meeting each May in Varick, NY

• phone and/or email input, 2 - 3 times per year

Helping with cemetery maintenance and clean-up

• leveling and repairing monuments

• placing flags to honor veterans

• trimming overgrown brush and low-hanging tree limbs

• trimming weeds around markers and outbuildings

• removing broken tree limbs and other debris

• removing trees and tree stumps

• raking and removing leaves

• collecting and disposing of walnuts and acorns

• placing and leveling millings in driveways
